I don't know who mary is, however, I just wanted to add that to fix those junk 
headings, u can do select all, ctrl+a and then, do alt+h, followed by L and 
then, when u tab over, it is like heading level, paragraph normal and stuff.  
When u tab over to paragraph normal thing, press enter and it should resolve 
all junk format.  I don't know Mary because I m kind of new here, but, it 
sounds like she must have been awesome!  hope that helps.
