I do not read any of the scans that I submit but I do view each page as I scan
it and I do correct any scannos as it is going through the OCR process. Then
when the book is finished scanning, I do a spell check and page up and down
through the file looking for random odd things.
I know that is not a perfect system but it seems to work at least relatively
well.
