satisfaction rating. The transfer was pretty seamless, though we ended up a
typo that I think originated from Follett and populated every record. It's
impossible to manually correct so we just have to live with it and correct

Also, I think there was a very useful spreadsheet that got compiled not
that long ago by someone in the BAISL group. It listed schools and systems
with some notes. I can't find it now, but maybe someone can find the link
and share again?
