WRONG! Styles are not taught in many basic courses, even MOUS etc ignores
it. It's a complete drokkin disgrace, but a fact :-(

Tracey - sounds like you need to go on a Word course, or buy yourself a
'teach yourself' style manual. These are pretty basic questions that you
would be covered in any basic course. The Word help is pretty good at this
level too.
