  That sounds like the way to do it: copy one page at a time, choose
  Edit/Paste special and paste as a picture. This should give you a
  scaleable image of text and graphics. You'll probably need to adjust
  page margins, and indeed page orientation, to suit.

  I have another question, I have a two-page document consisting of images
  and text, I would like to shrink the two pages down to have it all on
  one page, but have forgotten how to do this. The document is in Word and
  is not in a picture box, do I need to do this and then adjust size in
  Format Picture mode?
