Tracey - sounds like you need to go on a Word course, or buy yourself a
'teach yourself' style manual. These are pretty basic questions that you
would be covered in any basic course. The Word help is pretty good at this
level too.

Subject: atw: Shrinking a word document

Hi
Thanks for the all previous TOC help, it worked well.

I have another question, I have a two-page document consisting of images and
text, I would like to shrink the two pages down to have it all on one page,
but have forgotten how to do this. The document is in Word and is not in a
picture box, do I need to do this and then adjust size in Format Picture
mode?

Thanks very much,

Tracy
