I did witness Heather leaving the alley rather quickly when I entered and
upon further investigation I found little baggies of powder. Upon taking a
little and putting it on my finger to taste test I discovered that she was
smuggling sugar. I am still searching the books to see what I can charge her
with, but if nothing else I will charge her with packaging for resale. Does
that sound fair Heather?
