As I said in my earlier post, I'm very much into music including some country but mainly jazz and classical and all points between the two.

I stumbled on this list just last night as I was browsing through the freelists 
web site.  As the subject line suggest I live in the north of Scotland in a 
very small village which is stuck on the end of a sand bar that sticks out into 
the Moray Firth.  The village is called Findhorn and its just about 30 miles 
n/e of Inverness.
About me.  I'm in my late 50s and live alone and have always worked in the arts 
and media.  I worked for a time with the BBC in Aberdeen and Inverness as a 
researcher for programmes and features.  I have also worked in arts development 
in the Highlands which allowed me to travel to really isolated parts of the 
country especially in the western isles.
I'm also a bit of a music nut and I write and record my own songs, at demo 
level, and I'm trying to get songs published this year.

I think that's enough for now but if anyone would like to know more then I'm 
here.
