All companies have G&A, overhead and profit expenses, without exception
(not for profit organizations of course do w/o the profit).

Peter’s lack of business experience does not make his numbers plausible: as
modeled, Peter’s depot will be quickly bankrupt because he is charging a
price for fuel that is way below the company’s actual costs.

Those numbers are for an aerospace company, not a gas station.  You need
to remember that Peter's comments are implicitly prefaced with, "When depot
usage becomes common enough that the economics become similar to a gas
station..."
