One obvious commercially available thing to look at would be
UV-setting 3d printing resins. There are a number of
consumer-available printers and resins of this style. For example:

If you need to vary UV sensitivity and curing time you might need to
blend your own. I know someone who blended their own Objet printer
resin from scratch; if you were interested in really exploring that
route I'm sure his recipes are for sale at moderate prices (4-digit,
maybe?). I know he got long-term storage (year+) of uncured, fully
mixed resin, but that was with reasonable climate control.
