Before you say that, please try testing a full-colour-spectrum on it 
and check for any digital corruption in sepecific colours.  The Panda 
will happily run at 60hz, but will typically introduce green-tint 
digital distortion in <1% of colours.  I run it like this at shows, 
and no-one reports seeing any problems.  However, if I show specific 
test images, it can be quite obvious.

It's not like Beagle which simply couldn't do higher refresh rates - 
it's much more subtle, but the solution is the same - dropping the 
bandwith requirements for the mode (ie. effect: reducing refresh rate) 
removes the problem.

Whilst this is fine for general use, I'd imagine photo work would be 
less satisfactory.
