Changed fan in ARMX6 PSU due to high noise on switch on which

Mine too,
I replaced the power supply in my ARMX6 not long after purchase
with one of these[1]:

I don't think the fan has ever come on, and with an SSD, the
machine is totally silent.

Rather than replace the power supply has any user simply disconnected
the fan - worth trying perhaps.

[1] At the time it wasn't v2.0, was cheaper to purchase elsewhere,
although no longer available from that source.

Supplier is waiting for new stock. It's quite expensive but better
quality I think.

Thanks for the info.

Richard

No connectivity or size issues?

I struggled to find a fan of the right size, only to find that it was
noisier...
