Maybe flush the DNS (it could be a stale DNS cache)?

Not wishing to aggravate the situation as Andrew says they are working on
it, but to answer your questions.
The URL is the one given for Obrowser updates (worked a few days ago when
Andrew put up IrisRAM)
Browser is NetSurf 3.10
Using Plusnet DNS Servers.
