You should set your ColorMunki to Adaptive High Resolution mode (-H -V), it
will be much better. (But may be you will need the next bugfix version of
ArgyllCMS as well.)

What monitor is this?
I think it is a new IPS because it works with 10 bit/color. But the
uncalibrated gamma is interesting. Most of the LCD displays follow gamma 2.2
or a flatter curve by default. (It is not a problem at all, I would be happy
with 2.35-2.4 for videos. But may be it is a measurement error, or you may
want to revisit you OSD settings if your target is lower than 2.35-2.4. May
be there is gamma setting.)
