I think you need a whitespace after -V
Like this:
dispwin  -V  ~/.color/icc/ferrari.icc
Verify: '/home/ltg/.color/icc/ferrari.icc' IS loaded (discrepancy 0.0%)

or this:

dispwin  -V  ~/.color/icc/fuj-kont.icc
Verify: '/home/ltg/.color/icc/fuj-kont.icc' is NOT loaded (discrepancy 16.5%)
