Use RawDigger instead, it has an interactive grid tool and it outputs a CGATS 
file that txt2ti3 can use happily.

At this stage you can  use profcheck to generate deltaE2000 report using 
Argyll/profcheck tool
profcheck -v2 -k <ti3 name> <profile name>

Now you can determine offending lines, delete those from ti3, create a new 
profile and see if the result is any better.
