[antispam-f] Deferred message problem

I've noticed on a few occasions recently than when a large message is
deferred on a rule (length > 2MB) then until it is processed
subsequent messages are also deferred for no good reason (length about
7kB). There are no other defer rules.
This is an example of what is happening:
