I'm still having the false thread break on needle #16, even on different
designs. Any techs out there encountered this before? Does each needle have
it's own sensor? Is there any settings under the Maintenance menu, like
possible the senors tab, that would indicate a problem? Here is a real strange
thing that happened when I tried to change the color number on that needle;
when I right clicked on that needle in the color selection window (looks like
your spool holder) the OS screen was replaced with "That page can not be
found"??????? So, I'm not sure if that was just a fluke or some grimlins in my
machine. I can't call Denver again until Wednesday, but I won't be home
Wednesday or Thursday. So, I guess I can do without #16 for a little bit. Hope
