I am just a rookie, so my input is a rookie input. I assume you have replaced
the needle? Did you check the pinch rollers for any flaws? What about
possibly cleaning and re-greasing #16? Like I mentioned before, I am a rookie,
so you get a rookie attempt. :>) I don't mean to insult your intelligence if
you already tried these things.
