[amayausers] backing question

Hello all,
I am working on a design that will go on sweatshirts and cover a large area on
the front.
Text and the outline of an opera house.
My question is, I would normally use a cut away backing on sweatshirts, but
this area covers 10 x 10.
Could I get away with tearaway?
