Although I prefer other suppliers over SanMar, we are forced to use them quite a bit so I'm in there a lot. I just tried logging on and got a message that my username and/or password were incorrect and I'm quite sure that they're not, so SanMar must be having problems with the site right now. I don't think it's exclusive to you. The customer asked me what the price of one of those shirts was and when I went to the log-in page, I suddenly get the crash window that says "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and must close...blah-blah-blah"!! I have tried again about 7 times even after turning off my pop-up blockers, doing a virus scan, a disk clean, defrag, and waiting overnight...all to no avail. No other site is a problem but theirs. I thought it could be due to the fact that I had downloaded some of their product images to use in a flyer, but when I went to the file I saved them in and tried to delete the file and items in it, I got a message that I could not delete the file as it is either right protected or is in use!! Here's what happened. I had an order FedEx'ed overnight for friday morning delivery. Never came. I received someone elses order (Girl Scouts, Washington DC) instead. Called Sanmar and they apologized and re-shipped my order priority overnight UPS. Today it never came. Sanmar is closed. UPS is closed but the tracking # is specified (by Sanmar) to be delivered monday. This is not the first time they have messed up like this. Just wondering if this is typical for them because obviously I cannot afford to miss my deadlines because Sanmar can't process orders and/or ship them out as promised. Geri
