[amayausers] Pricing Thoughts

I received a request for bid (RFB) on a job to produce embroidered and
screen printed items on an "as needed basis" over the term of one year.
There are four different items to be embroidered and the estimated annual
quantites for each of the items are 1000, 1000, 300, 400. Each item will
have a logo on the left and a name and rank on the right (two lines). There
are also three different items for screen printing with estimated annual
quantites of 300, 300, 288. Without any knowlege about how many will be
ordered at any given time, especially since the screen printing is
contracted out, how do you go about pricing this?

Hopefully, I can get better info from them. But, this is for a government
organization which often will not give out any more info than is contained
in the RFB. The form that they want submitted does not have any space for
varying the price depending on the quantity. I will ask about that as well,
but am not hopeful for a reasonable response. Thanks for any suggestions.
