We loaded the entire 'treasure chest' from Dakota right onto the hard
drive...was always told running off a CD was not recommended. Used to
do that with a 6 disk CD changer for my fonts and graphics for my
sign shop...after 6-7 years, the CD's were pretty scratched and the
CD changer finally died! Have had issues with CD players on different
computers-so everything gets copied right into a file. My amaya
computer has two hard drives in it, had it customized when I got it-
so the 'files' are saved on the larger hard drive, the
'program' (Design Shop and Amaya OS) are on their own hard drive.
As we get different files of designs (like the whole Melco design
folder we found) those get moved to the storage hard drive.
