My machine just finished sewing out a design(several of the same sewed out
perfectly prior) and for some reason it did not trim properly. Then I put the
next garment in and started it went a few stitches and the needle stopped in
the down position and I got a "Z axis timeout error"
Any idea how to get it restarted or get the needle up so I can restart the
machine and software?
