It's accurate for left chest logos less than 20,000 stitches. 99% of the
design you would have end up $30. In dealing with them for almost 2 years now,
I have only had one design that came back as over the $30 because of the huge
stitch count (it was a bugger of a logo with huge fills, tons of detail,
stiches galore). They do not use design shop. You can get your file as a DST,
EMB, EXP, PXF or PES. Yes, it includes caps.

I like it because I don't even have to think when I quote someone setup for a
logo anymore.
