Hi, Here is what I figured out so far. I tried sewing the design and stayed away from needle #1 and #8 and it sewed fine. So I ran 9 of the 16 needles just now with no issues. So it must be something with #1 and #8. My guess is the yellow rollers or the needle is in backwards by mistake, but I am too tired to do anymore tonight. (75/11 BP = in all slots) Checked tread path Put in new bobbin Cleaned bobbin case Adjusted bobbin tension, (looser, slightly tighter) instead bobbin = until it clicked and left 2" of bobbin hanging out to the right. Looks like a spider slowing going down if you hold it in your hand. placed in so it looks like a #9 and unwinds clockwise. =20 Adjusted pressure foot (3 up from all the way down, it is just a hair = about the shirt fabric) Centered needle- removed needle plate, centered and tighted. Oiled hook and spun. Blew out the need hook area, checked for thread mess. ActiFeed set to 5 and also tried 6 Any ideas?
