Ok, here are some thoughts. Don't know if any of them are good... What about powering the machine off and letting the OS reload to the amaya?= How about throwing some grease on the thread feed roller - or inspecting th= e rollers for issues? Sounds like you have checked most everything else. Have you tried loading and sewing a different design? BTW, on polos, I normall run 1 or 2 clicks up on the presser foot.
