My experience with COSTCO left me unhappy too. It was nothing really bad,
just bad chemistry. It was like they were doing me favor. Maybe they were
just too busy. Well, my banker wasn't too busy.

I have been looking for a while. Costco uses Nova and seems to be the best
deal that I can find. However, they have been unresponsive in getting back
to me with details in writing.
