Everyone needs to know, that none of the public officials are authorized. None
of the Troopers, Local police, Judges, Attorneys, Prosecutors, Clerk of Courts,
are properly registered.
One tactic/solution to this is to send them a contract offering $20.00 lawful
money consideration, as a loan at 10% compounded daily interest, to purchase
proof/evidence/copies of their Assumed Name Certificate or Fictitious Name
Registration. They cannot respond, because they are caught doing business with
unregistered fictitious names.
You can get your own name all caps name registered first. This gives you
legal and good standing.
Minnesota Secretary of State, fee $50.00, when completed online. If you do it
through the mail to save 20.00, they might change your information on
application. Check box, as the name holder. For registrant: enter a non U.S.
address, with [00000] zip exempt.
