Natural law, natural rights and more importantly these bible believers seen
themselves as kings of the King. Their conscience being Bible supported was
their guide and no other law could interfere with man's conscience given to
them by their creator without interfering with the King of kings.
The very reason Christians are attacked throughout history and in America
today. Is a spiritual law and not man made. Many forefathers stated that
one must be committed to the King of the Holy Bible and this Nation was
built for God fearing folks. So to come to court without repentance is
defiance of the law. Again was in the law of the King. Negative is the ten
commandments. Positive law in Galatians is the fruit of the spirit. Love,
joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, meekness, kindness etc. They trusted
the law of the Holy King to defend this nation and not man made kingdom.
This is the tower of Babel every day. Will man in his pride rise up to be
greater then God? Make a kingdom declaring: look what I've done in creating
this nation.
This is what our forefathers rejected was no king that was man made could
rule over free people dedicated to the King of kings. This is the only
liberty there is. Jesus said:"my burden is light" or one can take the
tyranny of man/king. Well illustrated with king Solomon who taxed a nation
that split because of it. Only took 3 kings to destroy that nation and
after that the nation rose and fell upon the man king honoring the King of
kings. This was what our forefathers, preachers, and people who fled or
outcasted from Europe was not going to endure again. William Penn who was
owner of Pennsylvania gave PA. Away to religious people to have liberty to
worship the King and not the Pope who the British king paid tribute to.

the way the
Church, traditions and the State tried to explain the way the physical
world worked. (eg.
Earth Center Universe) The debated rules to explain the way the physical
world really worked.
When they agreed that a rule was true, it became a settled LAW. Hence, the
LAWS OF PHYSICS.
During THE ENLIGHTENMENT (1650-1800) European and American Scholars
decided to
use the same methods and reasoning of the Renaissance and apply it to
human nature.
Natural Law and Natural Rights are not some sentimental bullshit about the
way humans should be.
The LAWS OF NATURE are based on their unbiased assessment of how human
really interacted with
each other and their physical world. And, in general, humankind is NOT
virtuous. And, just like the
freezing point of pure water at sea level is 32F/OC is unchangeable, so is
the NATURE OF HUMANKIND.
Per the Cato Letters regarding human nature, "ALL [PEOPLE] HAVE FREE WILL
AND ARE NOT
VIRTUOUS BY NATURE.
This is why we must have government and why government must be created
with checks and balances,
accountability and transparency. As well as be kept small so rogue
government is limited in its power.
And, the citizens are the sovereigns having the right to keep government
accountable with the vote
and ultimately, the right to revolt (Consent of the Governed)
In the Natural State we all have to stay home and protect our family,
homes and crap from our neighbors, etc.
We (members of society) enter into the Social Contract so we can delegate
protecting out rights, family and
property from the trespasses of others. Government allows us more freedom
because we are no longer bound
to close proximity to our family, friends, homes and crap.
And the most important responsibility of government is to protect the
Natural Rights of Every Individual from
the trespasses of others, including our government itself. As part of the
Social Contract, the citizens consent to
give up some of their Executive, Legislative and Judicial rights and allow
government to perform those functions.
America was founded on Natural Law and the Natural Rights of the
Individual:

Before the American Colonists voted on the Declaration of Independence,

was agreed the vote must be unanimous..... otherwise the states would end
up
fighting each other in support or defense of Britain.
Jefferson had included language that would have eventually need American
Slavery
in his original draft of the Declaration of Independence..
But the Southern States said they would vote against Independence if
Jefferson's
antislavery language was not removed.
Now I would hope, that if the roles were reversed, black persons would
agree with
and pursue the outcome...
White folks elected to first free themselves from the bondage of slavery
under
the DIVINE RIGHT OF KINGS, and would later come back and fight another
bloody war to free the remaining slaves.
I have already told you the settled metaphysics of Natural Law already
prescribes the nature of humankind as nonvirtuous....
If you are a true student of god, and reject my explanation of the
mechanics
of what happened in not immediately granting slaves freedom, the you cannot
be surprised the freeing of the last slaves in America was a messy, drawn
out
affair.
Quite simply, humans being are imperfect beings. We are nonvirtuous be
nature,
so in the alternative, our own wickedness mandated slaveowners would
viciously
defend their right to have slaves....
But, I prefer to think of it simple logistics and logical decisions.
The colonists could not have defeated the British if they were divided
among themselves or the slavery issue that would haunt us until
the end of the civil war.
With that, I return the debate of these metaphysical matters to the
floor...
By the way, these are among the topics of some of the debates
the Founder's had with each other, and often they broke down
into bar fights...
Yet, 245 years later the founding documents they produced led
to the America becoming the greatest and most powerful country
in the world....

I have come to the conclusion that government created by men for men is
not for free people, it is for those who want to be governed by men. Our

licenses and numbers we “ hold?” Easy, we don’t appear on any of those
things. I haven’t seen an application for anything that discloses that you
