Note : One of the South Dakota Supreme-Court Judges ruled within the
last few years that «taxes» for «on-line purchases» is some-how
«constitutional» (_obvious_ blatant FRAUD and DECEPTION), but, with a
«ruling» like _THAT_, I have every reason to regard such a mere
mortal-earthly «judge» as being someone who has a SEVERE
«mental-illness» (as with just about _anybody else_ who believes in
«taxing» every damn thing under the god-forsaken sun). The Messiah,

human-race here, most-certainly _disagrees_ that _anything_ (or
any_one_) should be «taxed» for _any_ reason. Speaking of South Dakota

_~ The 'rogue' Constitution ~_
_All must try and see that the 'Constitution' is itself a __'rogue
elephant'__ document inspired through greed and vanity and __imposed__
by __'force of arms'__ upon the people of every land by __'war lords'__
posing as __benign__ 'Lords of the Manor.'_
_Thus its 'observance' and 'upliftment' is unconstitutional and
__illegitimate__ within the __'Rule'__ of __God's Constitution.__ It is
a __terrorist__ document devised and used to __enslave__ God's

_The 'Constitution' is what 'cedes' the ownership of the lands & seas of
God and the people into the 'hands' of these 'Lords of the Manor,' who -

'ownership' and control of it they used the gun and - - - __enforced__
their perceived right to an annual 'squatters' __tithe__ using their
Court and their rules._

to extract a 'percentage' of all monies earned or pre-earned from the
people of the land using __'force of arms' __in a manner very
underhand._
_Yes, you all become squatters with no 'legal' tenure over any land, and
if you do not __'slave'__ and pay up every 'drop' of sweat and blood
__demanded__ as their __'due,'__ then you are evicted off the God given
acre by said 'Institution' via its local Council 'acts' and left to roam
homeless and destitute._
_The 'State' enforcement officers are the '__rogues'__ out of control as
they arrogantly on duty stroll, unknowingly doing their duty for God the
__Retributioner, __the Dark Sovereign Power who 'awaits' to place them
in HIS dark vault for their __'conduct unbecoming.'_
_The 'elevation' of any Constitution by its imposition upon the
community not only __'steals'__ all the land and forests, but it also
'assumes' ownership of all roads, rivers, flora and fauna and fish in
the seas._
_Thus any person seeking to 'partake' of this 'produce' of the King, - -
- who in fact is the Dark Sovereign Power operating through the greed
and vanity of the worldly 'Lords of the manor' posing as a __benign__

God's Command and Commandment."_
_It follows that any legislation enacted subsequent to the 'elevation'
of any governing Constitution is also false legislation that was also
__imposed__ upon the community._
_It is now the time for all to 'forgo' the __false__ religious 'belief'
that __controls & regulates & punishes__ that is presently perceived as
a __'good' __daily living way. It is not._
