Hard to describe, but I think there are lots of graphics, and some of the
text doesn't make sense. Also there used to be a quick search box near the
top, but that seems to have got more complicated, and only by luck did I
find the search button. Maybe it works better with other screenreaders.

Hi Wendy,

What is wrong with it?

I don't know what Maplin have done to their site, but they have certainly
changed it. I used to buy quite a lot from them, and the site was fairly
easy, but now it isn't, and I can't seem to find anything I want. I have
written to them to complain, but no response has been forthcoming.

Hi Steve and Alex

I had to renew my licence on line this morning and found the process quite
easy and hal coped very well, some sites are hopeless when it comes to using

a screen reader one example is the maplins site, this is very difficult
particularly when it comes to changing my subscriptions and addresses.

Regards

Adrien
