Don't forget  the seller  is legally  responsible if things do go
wrong.
 
So if RNIB takes a part out of the box,  and replaces with another
part,  there would be a good reason for this.

If I remember correctly, Humanware do mention in the manual that other

chargers can be used though, personally, I'd rather purchase together
with 
the charger they supply.  I certainly think, if RNIB want to send
their own 
supplied charger, people should be aware of this before ordering in
case 
they feel like me, that it's best at least to start with the machine
working 
correctly with all the supplied parts.
