But what if  supplier sells to RNIB a package that
only  works in UK would you not then expect RNIB  to sort it out,
by  including in box, a plug for France (if they are
aware  customer In France)

There isn't really an issue, but I just said that I personally would
really 
prefer to purchase all parts (charger, etc) from supplier to start
with.
