There isn't really an issue, but I just said that I personally would really prefer to purchase all parts (charger, etc) from supplier to start with.

if the exchange for the same output and input power supply Derek I cannot see where the issue lies.On 11 Mar 2015, at 21:27, Derek Hornby <derek.hornby_uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:Don't forget the seller is legally responsible if things do go wrong. I certainly think, if RNIB want to send their own supplied charger, people should be aware of this before ordering in case they feel like me, that it's best at least to start with the machine working correctly with all the supplied parts. The technical guys at humanware tell me that they supply a 1 piece usb plug. If so, they are becoming more common. Typically you will have a two-prong European and a three-prong British mains connector which slips on to the unit with the USB connector. I contacted humanware to ask them how to do it but apparently it is not what they supply, the chargers supplied by humanware is in one piece. They think rnib is substituting them. Anyway please let me know if others have problems putting these chargers together, they are a similar shape and size to the mains chargers for the original stream but are usb.
