Hi. I think I got the last Stream before RNIB removed it from their product list. However, is the manual available from RNIB? It should be! I described it finally to Andrew at tech support and cleared it up. Sorry if I have caused any problems here. If so, they are becoming more common. Typically you will have a two-prong European and a three-prong British mains connector which slips on to the unit with the USB connector. I contacted humanware to ask them how to do it but apparently it is not what they supply, the chargers supplied by humanware is in one piece. They think rnib is substituting them. Anyway please let me know if others have problems putting these chargers together, they are a similar shape and size to the mains chargers for the original stream but are usb.
