Ok problem solved, I have just spoken to humanware, they
changed their stocks or suppliers a while ago, I got one of
the original mark 2 streams in the first batch and somewhere
along the line they changed the chargers. I described it
finally to Andrew at tech support and cleared it up. Sorry
if I have caused any problems here.

Has anyone tried to assemble one of the new usb power
adapters supplied by rnib for the new vr streams, they come
in 2 pieces, I couldn't work it out, mum had to do it for me
but even she had difficulty. I contacted humanware to ask
them how to do it but apparently it is not what they supply,
the chargers supplied by humanware is in one piece. They
think rnib is substituting them. Anyway please let me know
if others have problems putting these chargers together,
they are a similar shape and size to the mains chargers for
the original stream but are usb.
