As far as I know there is no way of resetting the Sonos radio. We have
had one Sonos and 2 Tempus 1 radios that have stopped and we have not
been able to restart them. Pure said there was a problem with the
motherboard.
I don't know if there is still anyone who repairs them but a few years
ago it costs nearly as much to have it repaired as to buy a new radio.
