Hi Jim
This is basically a computer so have you tried unplugging the power
cable from the back of the radio, waiting for 20 seconds and plugging
it back in again? When you plug in the cable nothing will happen for
a few seconds, but then the unit should probably say "standby" and
perhaps all will be well again.
