John,

I thought mine hadn't got one when I put the tip of a finger over the hole but then, when I gently poked a fingernail into the hole, I could feel rubber. That's probably it, but goodness knows how it comes out and I don't need to know right now! <Smiles>

Subject: [access-uk] optical out on TVonics box

Hi everybody, a little question to all with the TVonics box. The optical socket should have a stopper in it to protect it. on mine it's missing. I'd be interested to know if it's just mine or if none of them have them. For those unacquainted with optical sockets it's under the scart, next to the power. It should have a little plastic stopper plugged into it.
                   John.
