Hi Tristram,

Strange question, I thought it was just Windows 7, not Windows 7.0?

There could be a variety of issues at present since JAWS 10.0 has not
been adapted to run Windows 7.0. Bear in mind that Windows 7.0 is still
beta and as I say work to make JAWS Windows 7.0 compliant. Also I
wonder if perhaps you are using 64bit Windows 7.0 perhaps which at this
present stage will complicate matters considerably.

Be assured though to work to make JAWS work with 7.0 is underway.
