I have an iTunes query which is different from Alison's if I may pick
someone's brains here.
I have two albums in my iTunes library that show up and play on both my
iPhone and iPad Mini running the latest iOS releases. But they won't sync
to my library on the PC where I keep a backup. So how do I get those albums
to sync on the PC?
If you have any suggestions, please be gentle as I'm not that good around
iTunes in Windows. I am using the latest JAWS release.

Hi Alison.
I think from your description that you should have the library tree view set
to Songs. If you use F6 until you hear the search edit field and then tab
until you pass the radio, store and other buttons, you'll reach the library
tree view. Hit the letter S to set it to songs and then tab away from there
into your list views for genre, artist, album, etc.
If these list views have disappeared, use alt + V to open the view menu and
then arrow down until you see Column Browser. Press enter to switch on the
Column Browser.
It is possible that you may just have switched off the Column Browser so you
might want to try that first. If you don't have the library tree view set
to Songs, you won't see the Column Browser in the view menu.

I am using the latest version of iTunes with the latest version of Jaws on
Windows 10.
I use iTunes at a relatively basic level, that being I have it set to read
all the genres, then all the artists, and then all the albums which then
means that it lists all the songs I have in its library.
But I have inadvertently lost my settings and Jaws isn't reading what's on
screen very well at all.
Any tips or am I going to have to borrow a pair of eyes?
