Hi Barry,
Probably, a lot of people will work on the "if it ain't broke" policy.
Windows XP seems pretty stable to me, and I see no compelling reason to
change yet. And this comes from a geek who usually loves upgrading, but I
have really not seen anything yet that even tempts me to look at Vista.
