Unfortunately, some of us have such slow landline speeds that fibre-optic is
the only option.
The BT system is still very limited!

Hi Mandy.

I'd can Virgin if I were you, their customer service is shoddy and they have

a bad habit of tying you in to excessively long contracts which cost a 
fortune to escape, even when they put up prices.  I suggest either BT or 
PlusNet for phone and broadband, if you want TV then Sky is the way to go. 
Sky also offers their own phone and broadband services but contrary to 
popular belief, unless you stick to pre-set packages, it can cost more to 
stick with one provider for all services rather than shopping about.

Hi Guys,
We are getting Virgin Media installed on the 11th, firstly I'm not sure
about it now. We asked for a package with any time calls but the contract
said weekend calls. I sorted that out. But also when I spoke to them
originally, they said 0845 calls were free, now the guy tells me they're
not. Are they. I'm inclined to cancel because they don't seem to know what's
going on....Any advice would be appreciated.
