Looks like Sky. So many I know are extolling it's features.

Thanks for that George, who are you going with? I am with BT at the moment and
all their costs are going up too.

Hi Mandy,

For what it's worth, I'm about to give Virgin the map co-ordinates of a very
dark place where the sun never shines.

About the only good thing I can say is that their 60 Mb broadband in our area
is as close to that as you can get - provided you are downloading from a site
which can deliver it to you at that speed.

Landline calls are expensive. Mobiles - well I've never worked out why I get
some 03000 numbers free and others which seem like railway ticket pricing.

The multitude of TV channels they claim is a disgrace. Actually it's not such
much the number of channel, but by the time you take away all the plus ones,
then the ones showing the same programs along with HD as well, there's not much
left.

And after being notified of an increase of over 10% - that's been the last
straw.

I'm not keen on Rupert's mob, but Richard is a cowboy by comparison.

George.

Hi Guys,
We are getting Virgin Media installed on the 11th, firstly I'm not sure about
it now. We asked for a package with any time calls but the contract said
weekend calls. I sorted that out. But also when I spoke to them originally,
they said 0845 calls were free, now the guy tells me they're not. Are they. I'm
inclined to cancel because they don't seem to know what's going on....Any
advice would be appreciated.
Mandy
