Me too. I only wanted to try it out with VoiceOver, only to discover that I
couldn't get it without changing the region. Even so, it's not there on all my
devices.

Thanks for clarifying Chris. It irritates me that we seem to be behind in
the UK with firmware releases. My interpretation of what I have heard and
listened to in the past few weeks is that the UK would have the Apple News
app upon the iOS 9 release, not 9.1. It is the same with Hims: they have
released the US firmware for the U2, but the UK version won't be out for a
few weeks yet. I know I am moaning, but with some justification me thinks!
