You can also order books on CD. They go on to your bookshelf and cannot be 
removed I believe until the CD is returned.

I'm not sure, although suspect that the streaming service is a separate
subscription to that of the standard TB service.

Since I prefer to listen to books through my hifi system its not something I
have considered in great detail.
