Yeah I know, Jackie said as much however perhaps it was the guy I spoke to who just wanted to be awkward. The lady I spoke to when I rang back after talking to Insight didn't make an issue of it, so I guess I just got the wrong person on the phone to start with. All done now anyway and I'll have one within a week or so.

Um... Interesting but not strictly true. Well, not acording to my experience this morning. I simply rang up and mentioned that I'd seen this being discussed on a mailing list at the weekend and asked if there were any gnomes left. I was told there was and they said they'd send me one out. No mention of codes or insight, smiles.

Just ordered my free sky gnome from the RNIB.  For those of you thinking
of doing the same, you need to quote a reference number you can only get
from Insight radio who are the promoters of this particular sky
accessory.  Their contact details are on their website
www.insightradio.co.uk and you must provide the reference number they
give you to RNIB's customer services before they can process your order.
