Hi Steve.Yeah I know, Jackie said as much however perhaps it was the guy I spoke to who just wanted to be awkward. The lady I spoke to when I rang back after talking to Insight didn't make an issue of it, so I guess I just got the wrong person on the phone to start with. All done now anyway and I'll have one within a week or so.

I simply rang up and mentioned that I'd seen this being discussed on a mailing list at the weekend and asked if there were any gnomes left. I was told there was and they said they'd send me one out.
