yesterday I met a gentleman who told me he is a volunteer worker with RNIB and
30p trends blind people to use a screen reader is and that this service is also
available for those who wish to learn to use iOS or android phone screen
readers. furthermore, he told me that the trainer comes to the persons home and
carries out this training free of charge. when I asked about funding for this
he said funding came through the lottery fund. I am very surprised that this
was the first I had ever heard of such training. I am wondering if there are
also trainers who are volunteers and teaching voice over the mat.
