[access-uk] SKYPE question

Hi,
Now we have to use Skype for instant messaging, I find that when a message is
sent to me and I'm in another program, the sound to indicate a message as
arrived is very low and goes unheard. When we had msn the sound was
unmistakable, does anyone know if we can get that sound back whilst we are
using Skype to instant message?
