[access-uk] reading a Solar panel meter

Hi Folks
Using either NVDA or Jaws V11 on Windows 7 home premium 64 bit platform.
Is anyone aware of accessible software that will enable me to read the meter
on our Solar Panel? Not receving a lot of help from the installers.
